مشکلات پیدا شده توسط افزونه Wordfence

بنده افزونه Wordfence رو برای امنیت در وردپرس 3.9.2 نصبش کردم و بعد از اسکن مشکلات زیر رو پیدا کرد لطفا راهنمایی کنید آیا این فایل ها باید اصلاح بشن یا نه؟
