بسته بودن پیشفرض افزونه Quick Notice Bar

سلام

این افزونه بالای سایت بازه و با کلیک روی فلش بسته میشه.

حالا میخوام به صورت پیشفرض بسته باشه و با کلیک روی فلش باز بشه.
