درخواست حلقه سیستم نظرات

با سلام

حلقه کامل سیستم نظرات رو میخواستم راستش من 90 درصد به html 5 و css3 تسلط کامل دارم و فقط تنها مشکلم توی طراحی قالب همین سیستم نظر دهی هستش

چون حلقه اون رو بلد نیستم چطوری کار میکنه اگر حلقه این قسمت رو برام بذارید ممنون میشم ...
