To set the httponly secure cookie settings, your wp-config.php has to be edited, but the file is not writable. Add the following lines of code to your wp-config.php.

  @ini_set('session.cookie_httponly', true);
  @ini_set('session.cookie_secure', true);
  @ini_set('session.use_only_cookies', true);
